Our little drama queen has hit the stage in her first ever theater production. She plays a role in the play, "Once upon a mattress" otherwise known as the Princess and the Pea. She has been working hard the past few months and is enjoying it. We plan on enrolling her in CYT (nationally known as Christian Youth Theater) for a 10 week course to help expand her theater knowledge. Madisyn has been doing well in school and is working very hard at being the highest Accelerator Reader in her class. Her math skills continuously outsmart mine.
Madisyn has her first crush. She let us know recently that she "likes" a boy in her class named Tyler. When we asked her why she "likes" this Tyler she responded with, "Cause he is nice like Daddy." Lucky for Tyer, I help in the class every other Friday. I've got my eye on Tyler!
