Since Derek purchased my awesome digital camera for me, I have been taking most of the kids pictures instead of going to Jcpenny's to have them done. It saves us a lot of money and stress not having to dragging them out of the house and getting the kids ready at the store. I thought I would take a shot at their Halloween photos. I hung a white sheet hoping to get a plain white background. I currently do not have any extra lights or strobes to add effects and I am still trying to figure my camera out. After Derek helped me get the kids in their costumes (Madisyn a witch and Maelynn her black kitty) I got excited by the prospect of capturing this moment. It was funny, even down to Maelynn's little smeared black nose. The pictures are not perfect or anywhere near professional quality but they are good enough for us and we saved money! Who doesn't like to save money now days. LOL. Hope you enjoy them. I have also included another photo session with Maelynn wearing Madisyn's dress. I'm also in the process of writing Santa and asking him for a professional travel studio with all the lights and strobes. Hmmmm, wonder if I have been good enough this year.
